Welcome fellow teachers it is always a joy to connect with others who are sharing their gifts.  I have been running workshops and courses as well as personal sessions for over six years now but it still brings me the same joy that I experienced the very first time. I know that I have grown a lot since then and of course I am still learning and growing.

Teacher Training July 2007

I assisted at this years Teacher Training in Birmingham and as always it was a wonderful and rather magical experience. There were so many fabulous and gifted individuals, but as a fellow teacher I do not have to tell you that.  It also proved to be a healing experience for me as I had definitely overdone the work load lately and had forgotten to take care of myself.  As a result I lost my voice a sure sign I had to do a quick bit of work on myself.  I am glad to say that my voice returned and I have released a very old pattern that I have not seen for a long time.

Tell me About You

Many visitors to this website ask me for details of a teacher in their area or country, although I have a link to the Teachers directory they are often frustrated by the fact that the emails or telephone numbers either do not work from that list or that when they make contact the person does not practice or does not come back to them.  It is very difficult to keep an up to date database on such a scale. Some of you I already know and may have met whilst I was assisting on a Teacher training or at a reunion.  However, I would love it if you would contact me when running courses or workshops. Just let me know who and where you are, plus any dates if you have them so that I can pass the info on to potential participants. If you are only thinking about running one but have nothing planned, please wait until plans are firmer as many have been disappointed in this way.

I would also like to hear about your experiences as I know that no two of us do this work in the same way which is wonderful.  I experienced healing on all levels which ultimately brought about a physical healing and my fibroids were completely dissolved, I really do think it was the letting go of "all that old stuff" that did it for me. This is the reason I run workshops regularly I know it works.

The CD experience

Many of you are already aware of my two CDs "Heal Your Life" and "Heartfelt - affirmations to release the past" from the teachers manual or my website. Making both was an exciting journey and growth experience.  Getting to meet Jai Josefs, meeting musicians who brought a fresh approach to it all and then going through the production process, was amazing and a steep learning curve.  If I look a little tired, crumpled and/or manic in the photo below that is because we spent a great deal of time in the studio and this was late in the evening.

Originally I was producing the "Heal Your Life" CD for my own workshops and participants.  Right from the beginning I felt the old tapes I was using for the chants (Doors, Choosing love, joy and freedom, and I forgive Everyone) sounded tired, dated and a little corny. Nevertheless, they are so powerful I kept using them and those who heard them wanted to have a copy but couldn't.

The desire to record them in a new and fresh way without losing their effectiveness and essence became very strong and as you know such thoughts and intention will bring a result. Sure enough I suddenly had the money and other resources to achieve it and there was no stopping me.  I  recorded the tracks with fresh musicians and arrangements and to the highest production quality I could.  For the technical amongst you these are glass mastered not burned from CD copier/computer.  I also wanted the meditations recorded so that when running a workshop I could relax a little more and watch the process unfold, as well as keep an eye on participants.  On top of that I wanted the chants with plain background meditation music so that if I did decide to create or read a different meditation, I could.  I am delighted with the result which I have been using ever since in my workshops. Everyone who attends gets a copy to continue their personal growth work afterwards.  People immediately started asking me for more copies for friends, visitors to my website bought it and I realised that it would be useful for other teachers involved with inner child work, meditation, anger releasing etc.   Hear samples.

Following on from that (and I can tell you the chants on the new CD still bring tears of joy to my eyes when I see peoples reaction in the workshops), I decided that I needed to go a step further and rearrange the "I love Myself the Way I am" song by Jai Josefs.  Whilst a great affirmation song it was difficult for some of my participants to sing along (especially the guys) and again sounded dated.  When I contacted Jai he was just about to come over to the UK. We met up and he gave me another song to use "I Release the Past" which is truly beautiful and extremely pertinent and useful to the workshops.  My father had recently died and it was an emotional time, but I went ahead with production and was fortunate enough to have Mal Pope sing the songs for me.  His voice is wonderful and perfect for these particular songs.  This time I added along with the two songs a special forgiveness/anger releasing meditation and an "affirmation bath" as these were the things most people asked me for. Again I went for top production quality.  I think the process was very cathartic for me at that time.
