Heal Your Life Workshops

This workshop is one of the quickest ways of getting  "the job done", getting all the principles of Louise Hay "self healing" on board and seeing results. It does not really matter why you feel the need to come.  It might be that you have been experiencing poor health, bad relationships, unfulfilling work, feelings of unhappiness or just want to take your personal healing to a whole new level.

I definitely recommend it if you find yourself feeling constantly tired or feel you have "reached your limit".  There is no need for life to be that way and your health is being put at risk if you allow that to continue without taking some sort of action.  Taking time away from your usual environment to focus on yourself without the usual distractions is particularly beneficial.

I have included additional techniques that have been found effective and during the weekend you will take part in activities such as  inner child work, non-dominant hand drawing and various mental exercises which can be almost impossible to do on your own, especially if some of the concepts involved are new to you.  This is one of the reasons Louise and others developed practical workshops.  There are many added benefits to having a professional on hand as certain issues start to arise for you.
