Personal Sessions/ Personal Workshops

Whilst intensive workshops offer the quickest way to clear out all your old, unwanted negative thoughts and patterns of behavior, for some personal one to one sessions or workshops offer a chance to do this work at a pace to suit themselves. Others may feel that they cannot face being with a group of people. Whilst the majority of Gillian's works relates to personal growth, the combination of her Management Consultancy and Training background  means that her work translates very well into the workplace. Carers Course

Research now links the health of a Carer directly to their role and shows the need for intervention to avoid long term health problems.  Quality of life is important not only for an elderly, sick or disabled person, but also for the individual (often a relative) who carries the burden of their care in the home. This course specifically tackles the stresses, strains and the isolation that can come from being a Carer. more info...
