"Heal Your Life" - Weekend Workshop.

8th - 9th May 2010

Saturday - 10.00am to 5.00pm

Sunday - 10.00am to 5.00pm

Venue: The Old School, South Road, Sully

The booking price of £225 includes light lunch both days,refreshments, all materials, CD, and follow up support.

Whilst accommodation is not provided with the workshop local hotels and guesthouses are available at around £40 a night. List of local accommodation

Book early places are limited.

Optional FREE Yoga session on Saturday (5.00 - 6.00pm)following the workshop suitable for all levels.

Attending this workshop qualifies you to attend the Heal Your Life Teacher Training on the 11th to 14th May inclusive (see below)

"Heal Your Life Teacher Training Intensive"

11th - 14th May 2010

If you have already undertaken the workshop with me there is the opportunity to train with me to lead these workshops yourself. For those coming from abroad I have timed this training to almost immediately follow a "Heal Your Life" Workshop (the one above) to enable you to attend both and keep travelling costs and time down. It is also possible (subject to space) for those attending the training course to attend the previous weekends workshop free of charge just as a refresher. This Heal Your Life Teacher Training Event is small and numbers are very limited to ensure personal attention. Once trained all trainees can attend any workshops to build confidence and technique if required. Venue: Future Inn, Hemmingway Road, Cardiff CF10 4AU

The Future Inn Cardiff is a modern hotel located in Cardiff Bay in south Wales. The Millennium Stadium, County Hall and the city centre are all within a walking distance of the hotel. Cardiff International Airport (CWL) is 9 miles away with an approximate driving time of 15 minutes. The Red Dragon centre featuring the Dr Who exhibition, multi screen cinema,various restaurants, a casino and bowling complex is within a short walk of about 5 minutes. Hotel Features - Complimentary wireless Internet is available throughout the property and complimentary newspapers can be browsed in the lobby. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant and room service is available round the clock. Practical amenities include laundry facilities, dry cleaning services and complimentary parking. Whilst accommodation is not provided with the workshop we have negotiated a discount rate for those wishing to stay at the venue 0f £58 bed and breakfast per night for Friday and/or saturday and £48 for Sunday night if you wish to stay a little longer and relax after the workshop has finished.
