Venue: The Old School, Sully (nr. Penarth), vale of Glamorgan  CF64 5TG.  This is a newly built hall with great facilities including under floor heating and disabled access.

The cost of £225 includes:  all materials, CD, follow up support and a light lunch on both days.

There is also a FREE Yoga session from 5.00pm to 6.oopm on Saturday for those who wish to attend.

Travelling far or need local accommodation? see the links above. For those without cars who are staying in the Penarth area there will be a taxi service to collect you from your hotel/B&B on both mornings and return you in the evenings for a small additional charge, you must let me know where you are staying in advance.

For those on benefits there are concessionary rates subject to availability of places, Email for details.
