Louise Hay Essential Guidelines

Louise Hay has played an important role in my own personal healing and that of thousands of others. She has developed and pioneered powerful ideas and techniques that enable people to truly "Heal Their Lives" at the most fundamental levels and find the health and joy that might otherwise have eluded them.

Louise Hay cured herself of cancer through the techniques she developed and came to recognise the now widely accepted

mind - body link. In general terms her work falls under the term "Cognitive Therapy". Encouraging people to re-examine the past and to deal with their negative (and often irrational) beliefs and then reconnect people with their "authentic" self and learning to love and approve of themselves.

Louise has written many books, perhaps most notably "You can Heal Your Life" and is an international best selling author. However it was recognised that though her books helped thousands, many required a safe and supportive environment where they could confront their issues and make their changes. Louise Hay developed a course for just this purpose and trained teachers internationally to run them. I received my Louise Hay Advanced Teacher Training in San Diego in 1999
