Transformational Breathing Courses and Workshops

 

Small Group/Taster Breath Sessions - 4  hours  (check the diary page for current dates, book now to secure your place)

We all have our own reality, what we believe about life, our role and how others will treat or respond to us. This is based on past experience. As a result of life events there can be times when we feel under threat (mentally, emotionally or physically), we may have experienced other peoples anger and fear as we grew up. This can change our natural breathing pattern - we can unconsciously start to suppress or hold our breath especially when we believe something bad is about to happen. At the same time as we are limiting our breathing we may be making a limiting decision about life or ourselves e.g "I am not worth loving"..."people hurt you if they love you"....."I can't do anything right". These decisions keep us safe to ensure the same event will not happen again. Unfortunately, these personal laws, often made as a child without full understanding of what is going on, do not always create harmony in our lives.

If we fail to resolve these traumatic events at the time, they can remain in the form of contracted energy (cellular memory). This in turn can result in illness, depression, lack of joy, or aches and pains in the body. Breath-work can be particularly helpful in releasing this contracted energy. Incorporated into the breathing session will be powerful positive affirmations to support you in the changes you wish to bring about and to aid the release.

You will learn how to incorporate a simple breathing technique into your daily life to enable you to relax and release. We will begin each breath session by looking at your individual needs and setting your intention, this is much easier if you have attended my “Heal Your Life” workshops or sessions previously. Once you know what it is you would like to clear from your life or work on then that can be incorporated into the session.

 If you do not know quite what to focus on then we will set a general intention to clear or work on what is most needed at this point in time.

Breath Sessions are available on a Friday and Saturday Mornings. They run from 10.00am to 2.00pm and include a light lunch. The cost is £60. This enables more people to try out a Breath session and get a feel for what is involved whilst keeping the cost down.  Next available course date click here.

 

Personal Breath Session - 2 hours

We will begin each breath session by looking at your individual needs and setting your intention, if you have not attended my workshops or sessions previously it may be necessary to have a personal coaching session before this one so that we can ascertain what you really need to work on.

Typical cost for this two hour session is £85.  If you would like to discuss what Breathwork might do for you contact me.

 

"Transformational Breath" - One Day Workshop

During this one day workshop you will experience two sessions of intense transformational breathing to dissolve barriers and blockages in the body (physical and emotional). This is a very dynamic workshop and whilst it can be attended by those with no previous experience can be very beneficial following a weekend workshop, one to one session or similar.

We will begin each breath session by looking at your individual needs and setting your intention, so if you know what it is you would like to clear from your life or work on then that can be incorporated into the session. If you do not know quite what to focus on then we will set a general intention to clear or work on what is most needed at that point in time.

The day consists of :
